Birthday Demolition

Today is my husband's birthday and below is what he got to do for 10 hours today....wish I could say we were remodeling or doing something new to the yard but unfortunately our underground pipes were rotted and he had to dig up the yard to lay new pipes down. So this machine and my husband did it all




We had this annoying metal fence in the middle of our yard so....


away it went!


I'm bummed about this picture-Courntey took it but the flash didn't go off- It's hard to get Tyson to smile for pictures but if you look closely at the dark image he has this huge grin

So proud of Courtney for many reasons...she has completed one week of kindergarten and loves it...can't stop talking about it, tells me all that goes on in there. And I was all worried she was going to be nervous and scared!!!! I'm so glad you love school Courtney.

Soccer Season Has Begun

Soccer started today. This is Courtney's fifth season of playing and little Miss Kenzie's first. Interesting to watch 3 year olds kicking and picking up the soccer ball. It's cute.




And then there is Alina Fashionista all ready for a birthday sleepover after soccer.

First Day Of 3rd Grade And Kindergarten!!!

Great first day..Alina was greeted by about five girls screaming and talking about their new clothes and shoes...pretty funny. Courtney is in afternoon kindergarten so today Skip and I went in with her for an hour to do some fun activities. Now tomorrow will be her first day alone. She is very excited about it and was actually bummed that the time went by so fast today. I worry about her because she is so shy and sensitive but she is ready to go back! Way to go Courtney! Now if only I could somehow sneak Kenzie in there with her......

Girls Night

Thanks for the fun night out Steph and Lisa..I needed it.

Had dinner with two great friends tonight. Lots of laughs....Kids were asleep when I got home- husband is away fishing- A quiet house to myself...I'm in heaven!

We also went to Rehoboth beach but the battery to my camera died down there- We lived at the pool this summer-all my kids love the water. Even though I'm ready for a routine I am sad though that we can't just pick up and go places anymore.
