Sunday was Kenzie's birthday and we had a party for her with her friends at Kidmazium- It was fun and easy...perfect place for 4 year olds.

What A Week

Last monday I took Tyson to the doctor due to a bad cough he had for awhile along with a fever- I thought for sure it was bronchitis. They did an albuteral treatment(where he puts an oxygen mask on for 10 min...not fun to try and keep on a 2yr old) His 02 level still did not come up so our pediatrician wanted him to go to the er to try avoiding getting him admitted- x-rays at the er confirmed pneumonia. He was in good spirits the whole time




Unfortunately he needed to be admitted...couldn't get his 02 levels up-







We came home friday on oxygen...Tyson checking out his new equipment





and yes it totally stinks trying to keep oxygen on an active 2 yr old- luckily the dctrs said he won't need it very long- mainly at night...

It's rare that the whole family gets dressed up to go somewhere nice...thank goodness b/c I had to start getting everyone ready three hours in advance! We went to our friend's wedding reception and had a blast- the kids LOVED it b/c there was a DJ there. So i had to take lots of pictures of the kids

Birthday Weekend

This weekend was my best friends's birthday. Her husband took her boys out of town, my husband watched the kids overnight so we could go out and then sleep at Steph's house....yes an empty house with no kids...I got to sleep in for once!

We had a lot of fun- too much if you know what I mean but Skip was nice enough to let me sleep it off today... but this is what happens when Daddy is in charge. Skip is a heavy sleeper so Tyson got up in the morning and roamed the house by himself. Then the girls got up, didn't bother to wake Skip up until Tyson bumped his head.


Then Tyson and Daddy took an afternoon nap...


A night with good friends, a morning to sleep in.....good good weekend!
